Proposal for the annual meeting of 2026 (Tentative)

1. Academic Conference of IA-USE

（1） Organizing conference of IA-USE every two years All board directors are encouraged to participate in the conference and the travelling and accommodation will be paid by the conference.

（2）In the year between the conference of IA-USE, online workshop will be held. The IA-USE Workshop 2026 will be held in Oct. 2026.

2. About the IA-USE Awards

（1） Best paper awards of the conference of IA-USE 5-8 conference papers will be selected to be granted the awards. The award will be evaluated by the reviewers and board members.

（2） Young Researcher Awards (Age limitation 35) Competitors apply for the awards and anonymous peer reviews will be adopted.
